About me
I am a video game professional currently living in Orlando, Florida. I work as a software engineer with the EA Sports Online console group. We provide common technology that goes into every EA Sports game.
At EA, I work on a variety of projects designed to improve the online play experience for our console based customers. I have worked on a number of games, including Madden NFL, NCAA Football, NBA Elite and many others.
In my copious spare time, I work on small projects, including web development, embedded device design and application programming. My latest project involves automating my home theater system. I also replaced the stereo in my car with a computer that plays mp3s and satellite radio.
I am originally from El Paso, Texas, but I lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico for five years prior to moving to Orlando. I graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2005.
I love college football, especially my hometown team, the UTEP Miners, and, to a lesser extent, my alma mater, the UNM Lobos.
My favorite professional sport is baseball. I am a New York Yankees fan.
